I wear a size 10.5 typically, but got this shoe in a size 11 and it fits well. Looks great too.

Right from the get go these shoes fit great and felt great. The bottoms are flat and stiff, which gives great stability during heavy lifts, and the insoles don't compromise that by being overly squishy either. The laces and velcro ensure a snug fit, and the heal is the perfect height for me to optimize my squat form. They are on the expensive side, but for squat shoes these are actually a pretty reasonable option, and I don't think you'll be disappointed. I like them much better than a pair of Core squat shoes I tried out last year, and those were even more expensive. I'd recommend these to anyone looking for a solid (and not atrocious looking, as it goes) pair of squat shoes.

These powerlifting shoes have been a game-changer for my workouts. I primarily use them for heavy weightlifting and squats, and they provide excellent stability and grip. The non-slip rubber sole really helps maintain balance, especially during heavy lifts where proper footing is crucial. The fit is spot on, true to size, and very comfortable. Unlike some lifting shoes that feel stiff or overly tight, these offer the right amount of support without feeling restrictive. They’re also easy to put on and take off, which is a nice bonus.Another thing I really appreciate is that there’s no odor build-up, even after multiple uses. The breathable material keeps them feeling fresh, making them a great choice for regular gym-goers.For the price, they’re definitely worth it—they perform just as well as some of the more expensive brands. If you’re looking for a solid, budget-friendly pair of weightlifting shoes, I would highly recommend these!

I recently bought the Powerlifting Shoes (the ones for heavy weightlifting, CrossFit, and powerlifting with the rubber non-slip sole), and I'm really happy with them. I went with the white color, and they look great.I usually wear an 11 1/2, but I decided to order a size 12 after reading some reviews. I'm so glad I did because the size 12 fits perfectly. So, if you're unsure about sizing, I'd recommend going up half a size, just like I did. These shoes are seriously firm and stable, exactly what you need for powerlifting and heavy lifting. It's important to remember that these aren't designed for running or jumping—they're made to keep you grounded during lifts. When I put them on, I immediately felt planted and secure. The shoes seem really well-made, and the extra Velcro strap over the top of the foot makes them feel extra secure. There's no way my feet are slipping out of these! The black and white color scheme is sharp; for some reason, they remind me of a killer whale! If you're in the market for a good pair of weightlifting or powerlifting shoes, I think these are a great value for the price. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Anyone who lifts weights needs these. I get it! We were skeptical too, but they really do increase stability in a noticeable way. The shoes are a little on the narrow side but I think that's how they are suppose to be, to help keep your ankles from buckling in or out. They are not suppose to be tight...but the shoes have to fit. It's hard to describe, but your toes have to be comfortable. They seem true to size. I'm usually a 12 and these were comfortable to lift with. Hope I've helped. I'm very happy with them.

these are a pretty good shoe - they have some arch support but definitely arent a 'daily wear' normal shoe. for a crossfit/training shoe i thought it would be more flexible.

Very nice shoes. It's a really nice concept. The material works great and the grip really really works but I ordered 11 and that's what size I wear and these came a size about a half size too small. I really wish they would have fit because they looked like they would have been really comfortable shoes. But for the value these are really well built and I don't think you could get a pair of workout shoes better than this for the price. The material is not cheap and the quality looks very very nice. They're not sloppy or anything I would recommend but I would recommend first that they fix the size charts or something on here
