I absolutely love this pan!! It is so well made, heavy duty, very nice lid, sturdy handles, heats evenly, and washes easily. When I took the pic, I had just poured olive oil into the pan to cook. It is a very nice pan, highly recommend!

Great pan for all kinds of things. Generous size & fast even heating make this a very versatile pan. That it's oven proof makes it even greater. I also think it's beautiful.

Solid pan for frying, sadly mine came with a defective handle where they didn't even bother to screw it in and left it hanging. For the price? this isn't acceptable, but eitherway one handle still worked so opted in using it to see how well is it is for cooking, fries porkbelly pretty well and heats up evenly. therefore it works for cooking

It is a very nice large pan. It seems very well made, with a “hex clad” nonstick finish. The pan is heavy and the lid fits very nice. The price is low for the quality that you get! Time will tell just how durable it is, but for now it works great! Nonstick fish seems to be high quality too. No issues with anything I’ve cooked sticking and can use very little oil, which is very nice!

This 13 inch paella pan is good for much more than just making paella. It works very nicely on my induction cooktop - nice, quick, even heating and quick release of foods from the surface.I love that it is also oven safe up to 500 degrees as there are a number of things that I like to cook that are best when they are finished in the oven. It's not often that those things require 500 degrees, but since that's about the max temp of my oven I don't have to try to remember if I need to temper it before placing the item in the oven. The helper handles make it easy to lift - but do use heat protection as they warm up a little. The lid fits nicely, and I do love pans that come with lids! While this is advertised as dishwasher safe, I handwash all of my pots and pans. Even though I have a pretty good dishwasher I just don't really trust this sort of thing with the harsh chemicals we use to get the dishes clean - and I also feel like my cookwear just gets cleaner by hand. This pan is a good value at around $60 but on sale would be a steal! It hasn't warped yet after several uses, hasn't scratched, and has been a solid performer on my induction cooktop.

This high tech looking paella pan is the best! It has become one of my absolute favorite pieces in the kitchen. It looks sleek and high-end right out of the box, but it’s the performance that really makes it stand out. The tri-ply construction ensures even heat distribution, so everything cooks perfectly. This pan cooks all the way out to the edges with no hot spots, no burning in the middle. The non-stick surface feels sturdy and long-lasting, not flimsy or overly coated. There appears to be no chance of it coming off or getting scratched unless you go nuts on it with the hardest grade of steel wool.Whether I’m making paella, stir fry, Instagram recipes or even a big weekend feast, this pan handles it all beautifully. Plus, it’s dishwasher and oven safe, so you can use it as bakeware. This pan is stylish, versatile and reliable, a workhorse that looks good doing it. I give this instant favorite in my rotation five well deserved stars...wish it could be ten!

We've been using this pan for about 75% of the time, for the past 3months, in any pan-fry or cooking steak-like cuts of meat. The image seen with 3-eggs in the photo is the most recent photo, as of 3months of regular use.First off, as depicted in the product packaging, this is definitely NOT a stainless steel pan, as seen in the product package photo. This has a nonstick layer, and there seems to be raised metal (stainless steel?) that protects the underlying nonstick surface. We see this as a imitation of another popular design, where the non-stick surface is slightly below a liner of raised steel. The raised steel seems to be there to prevent cooking utensils from scratching the nonstick surface, thus wearing out the nonstick surface due to abrasion and scratches against the material. So far, after 3months of regular use, we still see good properties of nonstick abilities. In the last photo, at just slightly below medium heat (sea level, gas stove) we cooked bacon strips, thus using the bacon grease/run-off to "oil" the pan for the eggs. You will notice food residue and such from having cooked bacon just prior. The eggs were able to be flipped and lifted off the pan surface easily, and did not leave any food stuck to the pan. Once the pan cooled down, cleaning was as good as we could expect. The primary cooking surface is clean, and removing any cooked-on food was simple with a nylon blue/low abrasive sponge pad with rather light pressure. Obviously, the rim of the pan is stained with food product seared on, but that is not the primary cooking surface, so we're not as worried about that as much as the primary surface where food will make contact with. The pan is a moderate weight, but definitely not as heavy as thick-layered stainless steel or cast iron pans. The metal layer on this pan has a good thickness, and does not warp or bend with pressure. The bottom of the pan is smooth stainless steel surface. There are no heat distribution rings or anything like that on the bottom.Overall, this pan is serving us well. As we continue to use it, we will return to mention when the nonstick capability or chips in the nonstick surface start to show (if they show at all).

I've been using the pan for a few weeks now, and I've had mixed results. On the plus side, the pan heats evenly and the non-stick coating works well even for omelets. However, I've noticed that the non-stick coating can be a bit finicky, and it's not as durable as I'd like. Additionally, the pan can be a bit heavy and the handle can get hot during cooking. Overall, it's a solid pan.
