I bought this TV at Best Buy with the Fire TV system, but I'm disappointed with the very limited app store. I couldn't download one of the main apps, like YouTube.

These TVs are basically disposable as my set did not last more than a year. They are not durably built and they will not fix any issue warranty or not.

One of the best smart TVs I have ever used. you can find any app you want and works surprisingly as well. quality sound and picture. Best tv for the best price. I can recommend this TV. deserve 5 Stars for the functionality picture sound quality and OS of this tv for this price. Buy again.

I recently upgraded to this new 65" QLED TV, and wow—what a difference! I was coming from a 10-year-old 50" LED, and the jump in both picture quality and overall experience is unreal. The colors are incredibly vibrant, the contrast is deep and sharp, and the brightness levels make everything pop, even in a sunlit room.Streaming content in 4K looks stunning, and the smart features are fast and intuitive—no lag, no fuss. It honestly feels like I've stepped into the future of home entertainment. Movies, sports, and gaming have all been completely elevated.If you're on the fence about upgrading, especially from an older LED model, don't hesitate. This TV is worth every penny!

TV is too new to pair completely with my Spectrum cable remote. Spoke with Insigina, Best Buy and Spectrum. Tried paring all the codes Spectrum had. Spectrum even sent a new remote but it also won't pair. So I need to use Spectrum remote to change cable channels then use the FireTV to change volume. What a pain. Spectrum should create a new code. Or I need to return Insignia for a not so new model. Or I have to just live with it. My previous Insignia FireTV worked fine with the Spectrum remote. Not happy.

I have several Insignia Fire TVs. They work great and are easy to set up. One drawback is they seem to rely on having a Amazon account for installing apps which is a drawback in my opinion. I find Samsung TV's easier to add apps to.
