My previous Interphone system (F4XT) worked incredibly well for almost 10 years. Just the battery did not hold its charge any longer. So I started shopping around for a replacement communication system.I settled on Interphone's U-COM8R (twin pack).I am thrilled that I did! It's as good as my previous system, with several improvements.To begin, it's straight forward to install on the helmet (no screws, drilling or glue needed). Once installed (with boom microphone) and helmet padding reinstalled, it was as if the intercom systen became "invisible". I found that I did not have to adjust any of the HD speakers for comfort as they created no pressure points on the ears.The button setup and layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, even with full finger gloves on. The voice commands are a great addition, making life on the bike much easier without the need to push buttons.Setup with phone and motorcycle infotainment system is simple and straightforward using Bluetooth.Connection with MESH to other MESH units is effortless and straightforward using the Interphone app. We created a private MESH network for our use. The range is impressive. We are still testing the MESH compatibility with other brands that use MESH.The bigger HD speakers with this model are incredible. The sound quality for both music, intercom and phone calls is excellent.The microphone works well to damp out wind and road noise when speaking on the intercom or on a phone call (I ride with a modular helmet which I keep open 99% of the time).I've charged the battery only once since I've installed the system, and been using it frequently over the last two weeks without having to charge once. We ride a mix of longer trips and shoter outsides, usually in a pack and sometimes solo.So far I am incredibly happy with this purchase and it was definitely worth the money spent!It's a great addition for anyone who's looking for a more advanced intercom system that has all the bells and whistles.

Ne ho comprato una coppia ed ho riscontrato i seguenti difetti:- volume basso: superati i 100 kmh le telefonate sono ad un volume molto basso- difficoltà nel'aggiornamento - l'aggiornanemtno non avviene tramite app, ma solo collegando l'interfono al PC con diverse difficoltà nel riconosciemnto da parte del PC- problema sl tasto accensione: ecco, questo è il problema più grande. il pulsante di accensione si è rotto, nel senso che sento che schiacciandolo mnon mi dà più il feedback che dava all'inizio e non fa accendere l'interfono. a volte sembrava funzionare altre meno, per cui ho pensato che fosse un prblema del mio interfono, per cui ne ho comprato un secondo, che dopo pochi utilizzi presentava lo stesso difetto.visti i problemi riscontrati, io sconsiglio questo interfono

Acquistato come usato in ottime condizioni e' purtroppo arrivato con due microfoni mancanti , eseguito un ulteriore sconto per la mancanza e acquistati su un altro sito specializzato, gli interfoni tutto sommato facevano il loro lavoro non sfigurando con i piu' blasonati sena 50R.Purtroppo uno dei due interfoni non si e' piu' acceso per un problema al bottone di accenzione richiesto intervento in garanzia non possibile su un usato ho dovuto riconsegnarlo con non pochi problemi con lo spedizioniere e a tutt'oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso per poter acquistarne uno nuovo gia' nel carrello. il servizio di assistenza Amazon comunque si e' sempre adoperato per risolvere i problemi ,speriamo risolva anche quello del rimborso!.
