The camera is a great addition to a fantastic communication device. Much better than mounting a GoPro.

Honnêtement, il a une super qualité d'image, de résolution et de son. Mais alors il faut être détenteur d'un Bac+5 pour l'installation ! Pas de guide, juste avec l'appli qui est absolument déplorable.

Take your intercom to the next level. Takes amazing high quality video. Great for peace of mind in the unfortunate event of an accident, riders know what idiots cagers can be. Also great for motovlogging. Takes great pics too, voice command works well.Intercom and Bluetooth capabilities are great. Clear, crisp phone calls and communication with riding party. Definitely and must have for group rides and even couples riding backpack.

TL;DR - DON'T BUY THIS IS YOU HAVE AN IPHONEI bought this on March 18th, 2021. As of the time of writing this, it is October 19th, 2021. I started with an Android phone, currently I have an iPhone.Okay. Starting this review off with a HUGE disclaimer. Sena CLAIMS to have fixed the mobile iOS app and that you just need to factory reset and repair your Sena device to get it to work with iOS; this is either blatantly false or they just don't know what is causing the issue and just hope that factory resetting fixes the issue, and by dozens of upset customers on their forums only seems to work for certain models in their lineup(of which this 10C Evo is NOT one of). I will explain further on.For my use-case(emergency insurance camera) this device serves its purpose. The picture quality is passable and enough to make out what happens and who is at fault in an accident(if you catch it all on tape) and not much else. It makes having a simple all-in-one solution to having both a media player, comms unit, and camera all on one helmet very easy. And thanks to the multiple mounts offered in the box, it will fit almost all helmets. You will get FAR better picture quality by purchasing a Go-Pro or similar action cam, so if you want the best quality images, this is not the best pick.Battery life seems to be very different for every user, and there is a reason for that. It all depends on what settings you chose for your camera in the app when you set up your device - higher resolution and higher frame rate video is going to EAT your battery life. People complain their camera shuts off at 45 minutes, but thats because they're recording 4k video. I've tried in 1080p(30hz & 60hz), 2k at 30hz, and 4k at 30hz. On 1080p30, I get on average 1.5 hours of battery life WITH Bluetooth music streaming at the same time. For my 20 minute commute between work and home, I get 3 days of recording on average, which honestly isn't bad.As a Sena device, it is designed with the purpose of allowing you to communicate with other riders around you. This model only allows for a 4-way rider network, which in my case is fine as I have few people to ride with in my area. This function works well, and with a little nudging, can even work with other brand comm units, albeit with a few issues. The Bluetooth connection and app support with your smart device is where this review takes a nosedive. It has the ability to play music, make and receive calls, and communicate with your virtual assistant from your smart device. This all functions PERFECTLY on android, and I was incredibly happy with the device at that point. However, this all took a drastic turn when I switched to an iPhone. I needed an iPhone for certain software only available to iOS users, so I had to make the switch. What I DIDN'T know was that the Sena unit will NOT properly communicate with your iOS device.Multimedia playback works as intended, with iOS, so I didn't notice that there was an issue at first. Then I would miss calls that were supposed to pass through to the Sena unit; they either didn't ring at all, or when they DID ring and I pushed the button to receive the call, the unit would only pass through my mic, but not send my earpieces any audio. The smart assistant feature also does not work with this unit on iOS, which means I can't place any (one-way) outgoing calls or leave notes to myself as I ride. This cuts out an entire 1/3rd of what this device is supposed to be capable of doing, and honestly it makes me want to switch to Cardo, as their systems don't have issues with connecting calls.I don't really understand it. I've browsed the forums for hours trying every single thing that Sena has told its customers to try to fix this well documented issue. I've tried rebooting both devices, factory resetting both devices, deleting and reinstalling the iOS app, flashing the newest Sena firmware to the unit, draining both batteries until completely empty then trying everything from scratch, nothing works.I've seen people on their customer support forums blame the fact that people "have the wrong iPhone so it won't work" or that "you obviously aren't keeping your app and firmware up-to-date so fix that and then it will make calls fine" but no matter how many time you see this, people continue to add on to those same forums proving that fixing those things or trying different iPhones just plain doesn't work.Who knows, maybe we're all just crazy. All I know is, I'll keep trying for another week or two before I give up and stop trying to use it for anything other than a crash cam. I'm done trying to fix something that Sena doesn't care about.

I love this product as it's easy to install, it's lightweight and very stylish. It has an excellent quality 4K camera. What let's this product down is that the radio frequency is not consistant as it has a weak connection. Also the battery doesn't last very long as it stops recording after 45 minutes, then you are limited to continue using the remaining battery power for music, radio and phonecalls.

Looks great on my Scorpio helmet. Lots of compliments. My music sounds great in the helmet even in high speeds. Video looks great 4k and easy connect and transfer to my phone via wifi connection. I wish the battery lasted longer on record mode though.

I am a camera guy, own approximately 30 wearable cams down to the new 360 xOne and go pro fusions etc.I purchased this obviously for my motorcycle helmet cam replacing the non camera smh10 intercom model... main reason to limit the bulky go pro or 360 cam, now on that note as far as size, I will give it 5 stars as it’s not much bigger than the smh10 intercom only model and by the way is compatible with the smh10 intercom, sound quality is a tad better although sounds a bit lower. So on a good note I can still talk seamlessly with my wife when we ride.So now the badBattery life is horrible if using the cam, I got roughly 45 minutes out of it on a full charge, and this thing does not charge fast as well.So in a nutshell if you’re going on a quick run to the grocery store only then you’ll be good, if you like to ride for 2-3 hours like we do then you won’t be good, you’ll have to pick and choose which portions of the ride you want to record. The quality of footage is good, I will give it thatAnother bad thing, downloading the footage to phone via wifi phone to Sena takes 2.1 minutes per one minute of footageSo one hour of footage will take you well over two hours to upload to your phone. That’s insane!I spent an entire morning downloading my first 45 minute ride the day prior with the device disconnecting, signal lost or phone timing out, very frustrating!I am sadly disappointed in my purchase and because I sold my other smh10 to my friend I will only be using this for intercom only and for camera only as a last resort.Do not buy this, you will be terribly upset wasting this much money on an under performing device.TO SENA, take this thing off the shelf and redesign it! Add replaceable battery or ability to charge while using via USB.I wasted 350$ and should’ve just stick with the intercom model onlyI will NEVER buy another one of your helmet cameras again!TO POTENTIAL BUYER, trust me and do not buy this!I’d be happy to modify this review if Sena reaches out to make things better, until then... the hatred remains as Is.

The HD speaker and Bluetooth functionality are incredibly well integrated with the camera. Of course the video quality is somehow compromised, but the video capability and finetunes are in excellent level.I've own few GoPro and ActionCam, but eventually I think I'll use 10C Evo more for the daily convenience and simplicity. No more aux speaker to GoPro, it's really fun to hear myself bs on the road in the video.I'll highly recommend 10C EVO to those who want to video the ride but forgot to setup or failed to remember everytime.

This is a great camera and the audio quality is also top notch. What I dislike is the location of the charging port (on the top) and the mobile charging cord is a permanently attached US spec car charging port. I ride a European bike. The mobile cord should also just be a USB and I can have the option of where to plug it in.
