What’s important to know is that when you order this product it’s not delivered in a timely manner, also you will be told you need to be home to sign for it, and that’s just not true either. It’s a bunkie board, I purchased it because it was made in the USA. Not sure why the manufacturer is utilizing another source to sell their product, was ordered via Amazon however not delivered via Amazon, which I wasn’t aware of...

Because it has slats, not sufficient mattress support for most of us that are not thin like people in ads for mattresses. We finally replaced with 24/32" sanded plywood from Home Depot at under $100 (which they cut for free), and got a great night's sleep. Either get a Bunkie that is solid wood (heavy), or get plywood.

Our mattress delivery guy sold us on the idea of keeping a bunkie board between the (hybrid) mattress and the spaced slats. After a bit of hewing and hawing, this option on Amazon caught our eye. Was delivered today (was raining out, so the delivery team took the pains to keep it safely inside the garage - kudos!) and was easy to extract and use. Looks good and definitely feels like it should help more than just the slats.

It took a while to decide, as there were so many poor reviews for Bunkie Boards in General. But this serves the purpose and worked great with our platform bed. The platform has several mid supported slats that are of questionable quality, and they kept causing our mattress to sag in places as the slats moved around. The bunkie bed for king comes in two pieces and has made a huge difference in the support of our bed without raising it the full height of a box spring. I would recommend this product to anyone having the same issues with a cheap bed.

0 is my vote. Very disappointed. I called to return same day. Waited almost 3 weeks! POOR QUALITY CONTROL. You could see they used junk lumber under the material it had a huge knot piece missing. The back was stapled so poorly and wrinkled. Worst of all a decent sized grease stain on the side for the mattress. Still trying to get first ones picked up. That is another comedy in action.Amazon was great to refund my money. Thank you amazon for your help. Eases my mind on things like this when ordering.

Problem solved! Bought this to try on my elderly mom’sbed. We took the wheels off of her bed frame because the bed was too high for her to get in and out plus wheels would roll a little on the hardwood floor. However, the bed was a little too low after removing the wheels plus her mattress edge was quite soft. We placed the board between the existing boxspring and mattress. Problem solved! It raised the bed enough toallow her to easily get in and out of bed and she said that the edge of the mattress is less soft.Board arrived in one large box the size of the board.I ordered Twin XL to put on one side of the king sized bed she has. It fit perfectly. The board is covered with a nice fabric. Board is a little heavy and large so elderly person would need help getting board inside and placed on bed. Very happy with this purchase.

For whatever reaaon Bunky Boards are insanely expensive for what you basically get (some cheap wood, cardboard and inexpensive fabric). With that being said, this is the best priced Bunky Board around. It’s solid, not squeaky like some and seems well made.I purchased the Cal King and the price was well under mattress stores. it came in a week and is a split foundation (two pieces) for ease of moving.

I've seen many reviews about bunkie boards in general (eventually) squeaking and creaking... I'm hoping that doesn't happen to these since I've not seen comments about it, so far. I bought these to get rid of my box springs and lower the total height of my bed, which I was able to accomplish!! My only surprise was when I unpacked the units and found workmanship to be pretty sloppy. The fabric was loose around the edges, on the underside, due to the poor and uneven stapling job. This doesn't affect functionality so I was willing to overlook it, I was just surprised since nobody else has mentioned that.Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and I hope they hold up!
