It didn’t have any directions how to mount it on my tile wall! Seems like I need another part to mount it on the tile. Therefore I can’t even use it! Very disappointed with the outcome! John

I used it when I got it. Love it. My hair was soft. I'll have to wait to see how it works for my skin. The 3 spray settings are so relaxing! So far so good.

I ordered this shower head because my water is extremely hard. After about 6 months of having any regular type shower head in my shower, the holes become corroded with calcium, lime and or rust, I don’t know what it is. And showering takes FOREVER because I have a lot of hair and a lot of body lol. This shower head THUS FAR hasn’t slowed down on water output. It has little filters that drop into the handle of the sprayer. I have changed one just to see what it looks like and the color of the filter is no longer white but orange, and a bit slimy. With that said it’s clear to me this filter system works! I recommend anyone with a shower and hard water (or sulfur water) to try this out. The only complain I have is that I wish the hose was about 6 inches longer because my shower hookup is quite high and making it difficult to rinse my feet. The installation was the most simple shower sprayer installation I’ve ever done.

Great water pressure if you don't have much . Looks great, works great best quality for the price ,very easy to install.

I returned this product it was defective and leaked. Was not impressed and didn't ask for a replacement. Other units like this sell for 4 time this one, and may be for good reason.PS made to give it one star. It didn't deserve it.

I bought one a month ago and it was great. The second one doesn't look new; the box was broken and held together with tape, and one of the filters was broken. I am returning it and requested a new one. I hope the new one is new and has all parts working. Again I feel this one I received was not new.
