If you need to install more than one door, get a different jig. If you only have to install one door, get a hole-saw set, and a chisel and gut it out doing it manually. My complaints against this product are as follows:1. The arbor for the two hole says seizes up, making it very difficult to switch between the two sizes . I spent more time struggling to disassemble the saw from the armor than I did installing locks in doors.2. The plastic mortise guide is not strong enough to hold up to it's intended use. The force required to move the provided mortise-cutting "router" bit along the plastic plate is enough to wear out and eventually break the pins.This jig WILL help you install a doorknob or deadbolt accurately, but IMO it will not save you any time or effort.
