I was only able to ride for about 10 miles before the battery ran out. Far less than advertised. Now, I’m going around in circles with their customer support. The included seat is very uncomfortable. I tried to replace the seat but the lever under the seat prevented me from doing so.

So far, I am very satisfied with this e-bike and the seller. The delivery was very fast, and I received everything I needed to finish assembling it. It was very easy because it comes partially assembled.As for usage, I bought it for daily use, and it has been working well for me. I usually ride about 5 miles with it, and the battery lasts up to two days. I often use it on speed 3 because my route has some steep streets.I am also very satisfied with the support. When assembling the bike, I noticed an unusual sound from the front wheel, and they quickly got back to me, providing instructions on how to fix it, and it worked perfectly

So far I love it! If I feel the same in a week I will order one for my daughter who is already trying to take it over. We camp a lot, it’s perfect for campgrounds.

The bike works great! We had a slight issue but the company was very helpful in honoring our warranty and reimbursing us for the repair expense. Recommend this bike!

Excelente bici me sirve para mi propósito aunque a veces se apaga si la uso solo modo eléctrico y a máxima velocidad es muy buena y cabe donde sea no la he llegado a descargar siempre que regreso de la calle la pongo a cargar

Fantastic foldable adult size e-bike, it’s even better than I expected! Took about an hour to put together, had good instructions! Would recommend it to anyone that likes to be closer to the ground. It is very easy to handle unlike the full size e-bike that I have. This bike is not heavy and is easily manageable. Love it!

Bikes work really well. They have plenty of power and the battery's last a long time. We don't even use power level 3, power level 2 is plenty fast for us , plus we like the "power assist" and doing some of the pedaling ourselves. Power level 3 would be faster than I could pedal. The assembly was easy, took my wife and I about 1/2 hr.. The only complaint I have is that the users manual is a little sketchy, and we had to figure out some of the functions thru trial and error. All up though it's a good bike for a really good deal 👍

This is an awesome bike. Easy to assemble & operate. The price is unbelievable. And very convenient. Folds up just right & fits in the trunk of my car. I am contemplating buying another. Because you can actually fit 2 of them in thr trunk.
