Easy to install. Water quality excellent. Replacement filters seem to sell fast lately on Amazon, hope restock quickly. Unit started to leak after almost 5 months of use. Contacted iSpring customer support, Edwin was helpful over the phone and instructed to send them an email. John responded and sent a replacement unit that's covered under 1 year warranty. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Great little filter. I've used the Pur and Brita filters in the past. I definitely prefer this iSpring Faucet Water Filter. It's simplistic design make installation and filter replacement super simple. The water flavor is also an upgrade. Only criticism, after 2 years of heavy use, the lever began to leak, and squirt in all kinds of fun directions. After contacting Michele at iSpring, they were kind and helpful with providing a replacement. Will continue using iSpring! Very Nice product and customer service.

Loved how easy it was to install. People said they didnt notice any change in taste of the water. But, coming from MN, i'd like to say the taste improved so much more instead of the water salt and softener or chemicals in the tap water. I also loved how it doesnt take long to filter through after first using it. Before, i would have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for the water filter to completely filter out water before using it. And also the filtered water comes out so fast, not like "pee". I hope this option will last me long. Because im liking it so much so far!

This is a pretty good filter. The first one shot water out the side so I had to exchange it. I like it. Just didn't expect to have to leave it running everyday before using it. I hate wasting water.

After using PUR filters for 20 years, I decided to try this brand. I love the style because it is so much smaller stays out of the way better. It is also extremely fast when using the filter part to fill a glass ect. I hope it lasts as long as manufacturer claims.
