I have two monitors and a laptop all hooked up through this. It does a great job letting me plug in what I need. I have at points even switched the laptop that is plugged into all these screens and keyboards and it worked just fine. I got a great price during Black Friday.

Power surged my computer and had for factory reset, the power cord that it was plugged into still powers my laptop so I know the docking station was the issue. Very disappointed 2 weeks post the return policy and it no longer works.

So, this isn't my first multi monitor setup. I have previously purchased a different cheaper docking hub, and while it worked as intended I found that it was clearly ment to be kept to the side of the laptop with the cables and wires everywhere - which is both impractical and ugly.I purchased this one in the hopes that I could finally get some orginazation to my work space, keeping cables out of the way, without the hub pulling on the display port and flip flopping off the back of a veridesk all the time.Below is a list of some of the things I like and don't like about this hub.Pros:● Small, light and looks nice.● Lifts the back of the laptop up.● Cable is long enough to reach rear mounted display ports such as on gaming laptops.● Non slip bottom - stays where you put it.● Does what it's meant to do, easy to setup and use.Cons:■ Runs hot, without external power, like scary hot, so I suppose we will see how long it lives.■ No additional external 100w power supply included, so if you are using this with a gaming laptop or high-performance laptop and you want more power with out taking from the computer your out of luck, got to buy one. Note: at this price point it should be included.■ Doesn't really work with larger 17" class laptops. The hub sits in between the laptops rear feet causing the laptop to unnecessarilyrun hot.■ No additional spacer feet included. Again at this price point, some additional silicone spacer feet allowing for functionality with larger laptops, while varying the laptop body angle and the amount of air cooling around and between the hub and laptop should be included. I will probably just custom design and 3dprint some for my self. But still should be included at this price point.

EDITED - So, IVANKY reached out to me. Please remember - MY FAULT - NOT THEIRS - I thought the model I bought only needed the laptop power - I was incorrect. To solve the issue IVANKY choose to replace the mistaken one I bought with the correct one (much like my first one purchased) Made the swap and there no longer appears to be any isues - TOPP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE--- ORIGINAL POST Time may change my mind - but so far - disappointing - my fault - missed it did not come with a power pack like my other IVANKY. Not user friendly setup, like my other.... just a myriad of items.... Oh - you may ask - why did I not buy the same one I have - Ivansky discontinued it...
