This set of lifting straps are a pretty cool item. They combine traditional straps with wrist bands that have 2 D rings for cable attachment. I actually have both these items separately, but combining them is great. It makes for less changing of equipment when I go from a nom-gripping cable exercise to a heavy lift. They're sturdy and fit me well. They have decent padding and heavy straps with a good amount of velcro, space you know its not going anywhere. They're super functional, taking the place of 2 items, which also makes it a great value item. Definitely recommend

As described. I just bought a work out cage and it comes with the basics so these are a great addition. They clip easily. Love the color. Work around my tiny wrists. Stitched well. Comfortable

Good quality. Super wasy to clip the cables onto these. The strap gets in the way a bit, but it's nice to have it build in to one pair of straps so you can move right into using them with weights. Comfortable to wear.

I’ve tried several wrist straps before, but these are by far the most secure. The Velcro stays tight, and the padding keeps the straps from digging into my skin, even during high-rep sets. The metal clips feel sturdy, and I love how easily they attach to cable machines. Whether I’m doing pull-downs or rows, these straps keep everything locked in place—no more readjusting mid-workout! Definitely worth the buy.

This strap set is comfortable and and allows you to quickly attach the cables from your machine to either wrist to change setup during a workout. The two different rings work for pulling straight or at an angle (like tricep extentions). The straps are nice for reducing hand grip fatigue when lifting. The padding makes the straps comfortable to wear. The build quality seems solid.

These straps worked well in terms of functionality during tricep extensions and/or kickbacks, subject to user size. These cable attachments straps felt durable and offer versatility for use. I liked how I can concentrate on squeezing my tricep during extension versus concentrating on my grip.With that said, the design on these could be better. Once you’re done with a set, you are literally strapped to the attachment so if you’re pushing/pulling more weight than you can handle, be wary of potential injuries once the weight begins to retract. The design is not bad, but could definitely be improved to facilitate use.Overall Rating: Somewhat recommend
