I use this headset mated to both my PC and my desktop telephone here at work. I've been here a long time and I've had a number of different headsets; this one has range, clarity of sound TX and RX, is simple to operate and, with the available app, auto-updates as required. The LCD display on it seems like it shouldn't be necessary, but it is and it's just the right size for the base. Speaking of, the base does require a small but carefully planned amount of desktop real estate. If you need a headset to be wireless, good and hybrid (PC and phone) this is your animal. Our company has purchased many of these exact headsets, and for good reason.

I purchased two headsets. One did not come with the power cord. The other connected, then lost connection after the first call. Sent both back.

After fully charging, the first headset only held a charge for two minutes. Returned it and was sent another. This headset held a charge for 45 minutes, not enough to get through one one-hour call. Very disappointed. Had to return this second set, not purchasing again through this company.

Great headset, BUT one year later the headset won't last over 60min. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Don't buy this product.

If you try to use just the earhook the weight of the device becomes very evident. No one will want to use it for long without the corresponding head attachment.
