Is not very flexible once frozen. Need to freeze it in the shape you want. Thought it was going to be a flexible gel ice pack.

Product seemed a little flimsy when it arrived, but worked for maybe 5 or 6 times, andthen it developed holes in the creases. The freeze gel leaked out in multiple places.Didn't see a way to repair, so in the trash it went. Obviously of inferior quality

I was very disappointed in this product because it said it was a gel pack and flexible. I plan to cut it to my desired size, but was unable to do so because each square opened up to each other so that was not possible. When I froze it, it was rock solid, and I was not able to bend it or fold it. After my first use the gel ruptured and I had to throw it away. I think it was because I needed to fold it to fit into my container and because it was so rigid, it ruptured one of the squares and the gel inside came out..
