When I got the product the knobs were loose and the pickup was smash in the base but wasn't hard to fix

This is my 5th Jackson guitar like always it is absolutely perfect in every way, not only does it look cool but it plays like a dream. Came with new strings and great setup out of the box and had a fresh 9 volt in it.Djentmessiah9000
