Didn't work. I have used one of these packets previously (dying an orange dog harness pink) and checked that the instructions were the same. Boiled for over an hour, regular stirring. Yes I was trying to dye a black item, but the colour should have still taken! Perhaps slightly darker yellow but when rinsed off it was untouched!All it did was make a mess!My synthetic item was not dyed at all. Disappointing.

Ich empfand die Anwendung als eher umständlich, da man das Kleidungsstück auf dem Herd kochen musste für 0,5 - 1 Stunde.Den Gestank und die Verwendung eines Kochtopfs hätte ich in Kauf nehmen können, wenn das Kleidungsstück wenigstens die Farbe bekommen hätte, die ich gekauft habe. Das Oberteil sollte Sonnengelb werden und kam Knallorange wieder aus dem Topf raus. (Kochzeit 30 min, da das Ergebnis dann weniger intensiv sein sollte....) Leider bin ich enttäuscht, da die Farbe nicht mal ansatzweise so geworden ist wie gewünscht.

Das Mittel hat alles gefärbt, nur nicht meine Wäsche. Gefährlich, verätzt Kacheln und Kunststoff Verkleidung. Mein Bad sah hinter her aus wie ein Schlachfeld.

I used this product to dye a vacuum formed clear visor for a full-sized Halo helmet. It worked great. I dipped the masked 5 times as per instructions from Galactic Armory. Awesome!

The dye works decently but OMG THE SMELL!!! D: SO AWFUL... Make sure if you do this you do it on like a camping stove outside, with a gas mask on... It's by far the worst smelling dye I've ever used and I use industrial paints, dyes, and adhesives everyday for my job so I'm pretty used to bad chemical smells. This stuff had me feeling light headed 15 mins into the dye process with all the doors and windows in my house open and 3 fans going. Made my house stink for a whole day after!

Habe mir für Fasching ein T-Shirt gekauft aus Poly und mit erschrecken festgestellt, dass ich dafür die "normale" Färbemittel gar nicht verwenden kann. Habe ein bisschen recherchiert und bin dann auf iDye Poly gestoßen. War einfacher als erst befürchtet.Kleidungsstück vorher waschen. Einweghandschuhe anziehen. Einen großen Topf (den man danach nicht mehr für Lebensmittel braucht) nehmen, in dem das Kleidungsstück genügend Platz hat nehmen und mit Wasser füllen. Den Farbpack und den Intensiver dazugeben (mein Kleidungsstück hatte etwa 250 g, habe trotzdem den ganzen Pack genommen, denke sonst wäre die Farbe zu hell geworden) und den Herd einschalten. Rühren bis sich der Inhalt komplett gelöst hat und Kleidungsstück hinzugeben. Nun brauch man Geduld, einen Wasserthermometer und am besten eine verschnupfte Nase (dann riecht man nicht so viel, ist vielleicht besser ;-)) Ab dem Zeitpunkt als das Kleidungsstück im Wasser war habe ich den Timer auf 1 Stunde gestellt. Nun habe ich die Temperatur kontrolliert und dann Kleidungsstück regelmäßig umgerührt. Man sollt darauf achten, da die Temperatur mindestens 60 Grad hat. Aber keine Angst, mein Oberteil hatte auf dem Waschsymbol Max. 40 Grad stehen, die 60 Grad haben ihm trotzdem nicht geschadet.Nach Ablauf der Zeit raus aus dem Topf und gründlich Ausspülen.Mit meinem Endergebnis war ich soweit zufrieden. Ein bisschen fleckige Stelle waren vorhanden, sind aber nicht weiter aufgefallen außer mir.Auf den Fotos ist einmal das fertige Ergebnis zu sehen (Oberteil war vorher schwarz/weiß) und die "Farbsuppe"

Purchased this, along with several other colors, to make custom keycaps for a mechanical keyboard. It worked fantastic! Very easy to use (though the dye is quite smelly when in the pot), dyed well and didn't need much time, either.

Not as golden as the package looks - if you look at the package of sun yellow, they look very close in color. This one is a bit more like "sun" without as much goldenrod to it.
