Really liking this printer. I needed to print tickets for an event while out of town, and this printed my ticket for entry and there were no issues with phones, or apps, or broken screens that can't read QR codes etc. This worked great!! On the functionality, I could not get it to print via bluetooth, on a Mac. It worked on a PC. It worked wired on both. The paper was easy to load and change out. You need to watch the sizing and make sure to print on A4 paper or even smaller with the smaller labels and other rolls. I used the larger paper so that wasn't an issue. Overall, this is a great printer. Minus one star for the bluetooth functionality, but wired works fine so it was not a huge deal.

You know, I’ve had a couple of portable printers throughout the years and haven’t really had one in quite some time and decided to try this as my regular printer was on the fritz and I thought let’s see how this is. I’m definitely impressed.So this printer has Bluetooth connectivity, which is really great. You can print from your phone, computer or your tablet, all of those things which is incredible. It’s super convenient for people who are traveling and need to print either documents or receipts or anything like that for their jobs. But what’s nice is it’s also a great printer to just use at home for things that you need. It has different sizes of paper and it does come with some starter rolls for you so you can get things going and the fact that it is thermal print is nice because it immediately prints on the paper, doesn’t smear and it doesn’t even have any ink that needs to dry. You don’t have to buy a bunch of cartridges that you would need for your normal printer or copier so this is really very convenient in many ways.This a small enough to fit in your bag or your purse and it is not super heavy. It’s nothing you’re gonna do bicep curls with, but it has a little heft to it and feels like a very quality build. Not a cheap and plasticky kind of feel.There is an app for download to pair it with as well.Bottom line is this is a quality product that is very convenient and I would definitely encourage folks to give it a try and see if it fits their needs!

I read the many strong reviews and decided to try this new (to me) technology. Often during work hours (I am a traveling speech therapist) I need to print on the road, and have to coordinate a visit to the home office or other facility expressly to print. Also art times I would like to print information guides for clients while at in-home visits.This is such a time saver for me!I loaded the application as others said to do via the web (there are no instructions, only short videos) and it does try to register you for warranty initiation, which I bypassed. There are real data collection concerns.The connectivity is either vis USB-C or bluetooth.Then I initiated a print command via the app which is quite simple, and started printing : ).It seems to print a page in 30 seconds, which for my needs is very fast.The clarity and acuity of imaging is superb. It is dry on first touch.It does have the ability to print in various sizes on thermal paper.I had to guess the length (as if it were pre-cut 8.5” x 11”) and then had to fold for separate (the printed arrived preloaded with a full, letter size roll) pages.The printer + roll seems to be about 3 pounds. Very portable for my car, home and work environment.I did initially charge it overnight at home. It uses a USB-C charging cable, which I can use in my car on the go! I am using an IPhone and Android tablet to interface.I have already ordered 200 thermal sheets as a supply (folded) which costs about 11 cents per sheet.9 sheets for a dollar seems like a great value to me. This is a game changer for my work dynamic. Time-saving, convenient and economical.

Just what I've been wanting! I ship my small business products from home and use my home printer to print my shipping labels... this works but it's sometimes inconvenient. I run into problems all the time with my printer not connecting right, power outages or internet outages preventing me from printing or sending the label to the printer, ink smears or faded labels, etc. This wireless bluetooth thermal printer is the perfect answer to all these problems. The app was easy to download to my smart phone and connected to the printer immediately after I turned it on, and has connected repeatedly afterwards without issue. The app is easy to navigate and has all sorts of options for paper types/sizes and has different settings for clarity and darkness of the print. I was able to print a shipping label PDF perfectly on the 4x6 label roll that was provided with the printer. I have to admit it took me a few tries to get it right because I selected the wrong settings at first, but once I figured it out the label printed even darker and clearer than my home printer is capable of printing. *For anyone wondering, "Dynamic" was the best setting for printing a shipping label from a PDF format. There are multiple sizes of thermal paper samples included with the printer, enough in each roll to get you by until you can order in some more, and loading it into the printer is super simple and easy thanks to the sliding paper guides inside. I don't have to worry about internet connection anymore thanks to the bluetooth, which is my favorite thing about this printer, and knowing that it will still print a label during a power outage is relieving (I live in a rural area that gets power outages/internet outages a little too often). All around a great and versatile printer that is completely worth the cost.

Poor product, wasting money. When I actually tried printing, I realized it couldn't be printed at all. It makes a lot of noise and is very annoying. I have tried printing a design with it time and time again, but nothing has happened. I am very disappointed with this product.
