I want to love this product. I REALLY do, but it only prints half of anything I try to print. I tried asking how to fix this problem but I haven’t gotten a response.

I really wanted to love this little sticker printer, but it’s been more hassle than fun. The Bluetooth connection keeps cutting out, and the app often freezes while I’m trying to print, so I end up restarting everything just to get one sticker . The plastic feels flimsy, too. The paper door never stays closed, so I’m always fiddling with it before it even prints .On top of that, it only does black‑and‑white prints, which look pretty dull, no color or even gray tones, so my stickers come out looking bland . Between the constant app crashes and the pricey thermal paper pods, it’s hard to recommend this when there are sturdier, more reliable options out there.

I absolutely love these little printers! They are so convenient and truly serve so many purposes! I purchases another one for work and wanted another one for home use, so I tried this one. It's compact, convenient, a cute color, and it's really great it comes with so many refills and paper options so you already have them on hand! Nice!However...the app is not my favorite. It requires FAR too many permissions for my liking. Why does it need my "precise" location?? Even if you limit the permissions, to things such as "only allow this time", etc, it will not work. Full permissions. It also pushes hard for a log-in or Google info. My experience is that the required permissions and log-in are NOT needed to connect to bluetooth to use these mini printers. The app also had a bit more of a learning curve. It's nice, and it has lots of options, just be prepared to spend some time learning and navigating it.Tip: When designing, especially when centering, don't place the blue box in the center if you want the image/design/text centered. It needs to be flush to the left-hand side to print centered. I know it seems counterintuitive, but that's the way it works. The included picture gives examples of text centered in the design space, and printing on the right, and aligned on the far left of the design space, and printing in the center, where I wanted it.I plan to add an update if anything significantly changes for this item. Until then, it’s safe to assume everything is still consistent with this review.

My daughter, like most teen girls, loves creating stickers and decorating everything from her phone case to random books for drawings to … everything. So I’m always looking for little things to help spur that creativity.This little printer was a huge win in her book. It’s a thermal printer, so black print only. But with it being thermal, it is FAST. My daughter reported that it does occasionally overheat (after all, it IS thermal) and in those instances, there is a delay in printing. Otherwise, It prints in seconds. The print quality isn’t great as it is a small thermal printer, but it’s clear enough for the size of the stickers/labels/paper being printed on.The best part of this is the ease of use and size. First, you can print *ANYTHING* from your phone or whatever device is connected to it from Bluetooth. There is an app that it uses, but once connected, you can print directly from your Photos folder, bypassing the app completely. And it’s basically pocket sized, with the printer itself being roughly 3 inches x 3 inches by 1.5 inches in size - very easy to throw in a pocket or purse.Worth noting, the device is charged via USB-C. So very easy to charge with a very common charger.My kid LOVES this printer, and her friends have all asked where she got it hoping to order one themselves.
