Life with Ehlers-Danlos is tough. Joints and muscles wear out fast for my 11yo. Took this to NYC & DC. So easy for him to get a little rest in the middle of hustle & bustle with nowhere to sit. Was even happy to carry it for himself!! This will be soooo awesome for him at theme parks as well! (Very sturdy! I might have borrowed it a couple times.)

Total waste of money. Cheap quality plastic and cheap built.Can be used only as a tea stand.Not worth more than that.Ordered it for my mother so that she can sit during her travels.My son aged years weighing 12kg sat on the stool for 3 min. The stool crumbled and he fell down.Boasting it can endure 160lbs.No return policy for this.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS.

This "Jakuva Upgraded Camping Stool with Carry Bag,Retractable Folding Stool,Collapsible Telescoping Stool Portable Stool with Max Load 360lbs for Adults for Indoor Outdoor Fishing Hiking Gardening (Black)" is a well-designed little stool. I got it so I could sit in a hunting blind and have the ability to make my chair shorter or taller depending on what the field conditions required and, although I haven't actually gone hunting with it yet, I'm happy with it. It extends to about the height of a normal folding chair and seems very sturdy. To test it out, I actually stood on it and jumped a little bit. I wouldn't recommend using this as a stool, because it is very easy to tip over, but as a seat, it works very well. To get it to adjust to the various available heights you have to baby it a little bit because it is prone to go fully out or fully closed. Middle positions require a finer touch or some system I haven't figured out yet. As a hunting stool, I'm a little concerned that it makes quite plastic squeaks as you sit on it and move around but if you sit still then it stays quite. The compact design and the nifty way they incorporated the holding strap all show that the manufacturers went through many tests to figure out what would work the best. My biggest complaint is that since there is no back to this stool if you sit on it for a long time your back can start to get tired and sore but that is a sacrifice you have to make for portability and convenience, so I'll take it.
