The description specifically says thread (floss) is included. It is NOT. $15 is too much for a set of stamped, not-all-cotton pillow cases. Plus buying your own skeins of thread!

The material is nice and when it is done it looks like a cross between a water color and crochet. I used a darker blue on two birds and a lighter blue on the other two and I used yellow for their little bellies. They have little feathers sticking up straight on their heads they are definitely little baby birds. It is cross stitch not counted cross stitch so they look different.
