The system includes two types of foot holders: the Dual attachment, which has two upper feed dogs and uses wider feet, and the Single attachment, which has one upper feed dog and uses narrower feet for work like installing zippers.

I wanted the smaller Accu feed foot because in my opinion, it is easier when sewing down binding compared to the wider foot. I use it on my Janome Horizon MC 8900 and it’s been wonderful

Where in the world did this come from??? It was in a sandwich bag...was this used..I bought as new and it wasn't even in a Janome package!!

I bought the wider accufeed foot when I purchased my Janome 6700p, not knowing any better, but that foot is quite wide and I found it difficult to use in places when quilting. I was constantly having to change the foot to a normal one and back again for quilting. This narrow foot is a game changer! I can keep it on for piecing as well as quilting. So happy with it. Just wish they had snap on feet for this narrower foot!

I saw this on Amazon and wondered if it would work well on my Janome 8200QCP. This machine came with a Accu-feed foot which worked awesome. I just had to try a slimmer version. Excellent in both cases. Works well with Bosal or Soft and Stable. Keeps sewing straight on these items or Quilted items using batting.

I have a Janome 9450 and this foot works great when quilting several layers or doing binding. I have had no problems using it.

I have the Janome 9400 9mm machine with AcuFeed. I had the single straight stitch 9mm single foot and bought this foot for zigzagging. Love the AcuFeed stitching system! I would suggest this foot if you use your AcuFeed and want to zigzag.

It is so much easier to use than he wider foot when sewing 1/4” seams with many thickness. The seam is more visible. A new weapon in my sewing Arsenal.

Works well for places that a narrow foot is needed. As a previous reviewer noted, the width of the feed dogs and the positioning of the narrow foot require placing the fabric further back that when using the wider foot. That's only a minor annoyance to me and it is outweighed by the utility of this foot for situations when the wider foot just won't work.
