I wanted to use my Phillips a 26 smart bulb which is larger than the bulb it comes with so only the top two sections of the lamp light up. Its a little small for the price. You could get a pretty nice lamp at Target for this price. I like that its lightweight and unbreakable.

The shade is cute and nice enough but the construction of the lamp base is not very strong or stable. Watch the video they have here because the instructions make zero sense.

Love the warmth from paper lamps that never seem to go out of style, so couldn't resist picking up this little Noguchi lamp from Inblissy. Its size makes it viable for most any room. I appreciated the on-cord power button and rounded feet. The entire thing is held together through a tension design of pulling paper over and hooking on to the metal frame. Great option for those who enjoy wabi-sabi and Japandi styles.

This lamp is a bit of a puzzle to assemble. It arrives flat and you have to figure out the need to install a bulb in the frame before you cover it with the paper lampshade. I like the final result. It is nice and bright as it casts filtered light in every direction.

I waited a long time to receive this, and I was SO excited once it finally arrived! We recently purchased a 1976 home, and are trying to embrace the 70s vibe, but with a modern twist, so this was perfect. I have always loved the Japanese Zen vibe, and this lamp does not disappoint. I love that the shade is made of authentic rice paper. The shape of the lamp is very chic. I'm only deducting a star because, despite the warning on the box, I inadvertently tore the paper during assembly. The center rod is a little rigid and my carpal tunnel hands couldn't bend it very well. It slipped right out of my hands and punctured two tiny holes in the lantern. It's not a huge deal since I can just turn it to the back and you can't notice it. I might even try to patch the holes with a tiny dab of clear Gorilla glue. It just seems like they should either make the rod a little more flexible or perhaps coat the paper so it's not as delicate. This lamp is just so lovely regardless of how fragile it is. It sits perfectly on my fireplace hearth and provides a calming, warm glow. I was impressed that the light bulb actually came with it. My favorite part is the little spindly legs. They are so cute and really make it a compact little lamp you can place anywhere, floor level or higher. I also love that the buttons to control it are built into the cord. If you're looking for a sleek, modern and adorable lamp, this is the one. Grab it NOW!
