Works well with my electric guitar and iPad air. I can now play guitar and use GarageBand on my iPad. Ideal for traveling

Excelente cable para conectar directamente la guitarra o bajo al MacBook. Funciona a la primera. Recomendable.

I use this for quick jam sessions. But it’s so noisy that you cannot really use it for anything but jam sessions and quick sessions. It’s not very good for recording. For the price I will still use it for what I’ve mentioned.

The cable seems to work fine, it does work connecting to an iPad, M1 11 inch pro and garage band, however there is a lot of extra noise which I believe is a garage band/ the iPad problem. I haven't tried it on my mac desktop yet but expect it to work, just not sure if the same noise problem will exist. My iPhone is a 14/ lightening connector so I couldn't try it with a phone.... but I would assume it would work on one with USB c also. Disappointed, but I don't believe it is the fault of the cable.

I use my iPad as a tool to record and play music. This chord is great for connecting directly to the iPad and using different apps and wirelessly connect to my Spark amp to hear what I’m playing. Alternatively you can also connect to headphones and then you can practice anywhere.

I am not tech savvy, nor do I know the jargon very well. The number of different plug in types truly overwhelms me, though I suppose to others it seems quite simple. I wanted to do something simple; hook my guitar up to my Macbook Pro. It turns out the 1/4 inch guitar side was correct but I don't have a type C port on my Mac. So I'll have to find an adapter to make that happen.I do want to comment on the thickness of the cord: for good sound quality, it would need to be thicker, especially when you're playing something like a guitar. Traditional audio cords are a bit thicker, and less rigid.
