I'm a property investor / manager and I am always looking for outdoor lighting to either replace existing fixtures that may not be bright enough (cloudy glass cover, etc.) or to add security lighting where needed. Outdoor security is so important these days but some fixtures simply don't provide the "pop" to effectively light a good sized area. THESE DO THE TRICK and for a decent price. When I install one of these, I always add a special dusk-to-dawn LED bulb and eliminate the light switch. The result is very bright light, always on without having to remember to turn it on.

I had new siding installed and wanted new porch lights to replace the old, junky motion sensor lights that would come on when no one walked around them and wouldn’t come on when someone did. Once those kind of lights get dirt, cobwebs or ants in the switches, it’s all downhill from there. I didn’t want to spend an astronomical amount of money on porch lights but wanted something that was pleasing to the eye. Although these are called Jelly Jar porch lights, I bought them because they actually have a shipboard look to them. I also didn’t want motion sensor porch lights again. Don’t need them. I remember to turn the porch lights on and off. You can’t beat the price for two. Very happy with these lights!
