This cleaner is very effective in cleaning my jewelry and runs pretty quiet. It is a good quality and is easy to operate. I love to keep my jewelry sparkling and this does the trick. I recommend this cleaner.

Cleans my glasses and gold jewelry very well. Silver jewelry requires jewelry cleaner instead of just water. It does a good job of cleaning. It’s a little loud when it’s working. It’s easy to use and a good value for the price. I don’t know about its durability because I only used it once. It’s a good looking device and easy to figure out how to use. My diamond ring really sparkles.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This product was defective when it arrived. Plugged it in and nothing happened - would not turn on at all. My mistake for throwing away the packaging before trying it first, because Amazon customer service has been abysmal. Despite explaining multiple times that I no longer had the original packaging, their customer service rep repeatedly tells me that I can return it in its original packaging for a full refund. Then, I’m told they will issue me a full refund without the need to return the item. Then, I’m told I need to drop off the defective item at a return center to receive a refund, in its original packaging… As of current, refund status remains uncertain. Now I’m probably out $28 for a completely broken device that never worked.

I love this small but very efficient cleaner! I immediately threw in my rings and bracelets and ......yes after a few minutes they came out as brandnew! I felt stupid not buying this earlier. It would have saved me a lot of money! Easy to use and easy to clean and store.
