There was no hardware and the instructions stated that my only alternative was to contact the seller (Ama...). The handout included was for another model. I needed this size and mounting system because it was the only one that was easily mounted at my home. I would not purchase this item again.

I purchased the wall mount version. The screws and equipment are very sturdy. The only reason I didn’t 5 star is, they state that it fits all stud placements, but they didn’t consider that some houses weren’t built perfect, and my studs are a half inch off, which makes this device defective. I will be keeping the item. I just have to “Rig” the device.

This product does not look at all like the item that was bought. Also missing multiple pieces, including bolts, handle bars and foam grips. Product was damaged with scratch marks on metal and foam grips ripped and worn.
