TIPS FOR TUBE MATERIAL
- PPR pipe is also called type III polypropylene pipe. It is a common domestic cold and hot water pipe. The melting point is about 260-280 ℃
- PB pipe is a polybutylene polymer material, which is called the gold in plastics and is mainly used for heating. The melting point is about 240 ℃
- PE is a kind of polyethylene plastic, mainly cold water pipe, generally used for drainage system. The melting point is about 200-230 ℃
- ATTENTION After the heating time, take out two tubes from the mold at the same time, and insert the tubes into a straight line quickly and evenly without rotation

Sizes do not match with pipes, they are either to tight or too lose

it works- but don't trust the temperature displayed. get an oven thermometer, hold the back of it directly against the heating iron & wait for the temp. to stop rising. THAT is your REAL temperature. set to 510 degrees fahrenheit for polyethylene. any LESS, you weld will come apart.
