I enjoy working on puzzles, but when I need the table, this mat is a simple solution to keeping it mostly intact. I loved the fact that I could work on a puzzle then put it away. I also liked the trays for sorting. If you are into puzzles, this mat is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it.

This is a great puzzle mat and accessories. The little sorting trays snap together easily so that they can be stored flat. There is also a bag for all of it to go inside of which is really nice. The mat itself has substance to it and works well. It keeps pieces from sliding around which is really nice. The mat also has an outline of various size puzzles which gives you a place to put the corners and know what you are working with. I have some irregularly shaped puzzles and it's really helpful for that. There is a pump to blow it up but it seemed like more work than just blowing it up by mouth. Overall really great set and would be great to gift to a puzzle lover.

This mat has nice features, but I had to revisit the reviews on the product to actually understand everything that came in the package. The instructions included with the mat didn't explain all pieces. Now that I know that the little colored felt pieces are to be used like bowls to sort the puzzle pieces, I appreciate this a little more. We used this mat at the holidays to work a puzzle so we could transport it from the table when we were ready to set it for meals. It's functional enough for what it's used for and meets my needs. I don't know that I feel it should be at the $20 price point, but it does the job. The storage bag is a great touch so when we don't have an actively working puzzle, we can tuck this away neatly.

This is a good quality puzzle mat. I like doing puzzles, but ever since we got a cat, I haven't been able to do puzzles, because she likes to play with the pieces and try to eat them. This mat works very well to roll up the puzzle. It comes with straps that keep it rolled up. It also has a travel bag for storing or traveling with the puzzle. It has little felt baskets that you snap together at the corners. I had no trouble rolling up my puzzle (a Christmas advent puzzle) and unrolling it. The puzzle remained together just as it had been stored. My complaints: The felt rolls up nicely, but it is difficult to put puzzles together on felt. The pieces don't move smoothly. I can also be hard to push a partially completed puzzle onto the mat for storing if you started it on hard surface. Something with this mat also really bothered my allergies. I get into fits of sneezing whenever I am near it.Not a deal breaker. It is a nice mat with a few downsides. A thin flexible plastic might work better.

I had a similiar concept rollable puzzle makers felt mat over a decade ago. My previous kit had no puzzle size outlines, and was substantially larger allowing for the puzzle and all the pieces to be rolled onto a cardboard tube secured with Velcro straps. While this larger style worked it was cumbersome to roll and store. I went to amazon searching for a similiar product becuase I needed to move a 1500 piece puzzle in progress off my bonus room table in order to host a party.I didn’t find this kit ( my error, probably didn’t’ t use best search words) in time for “the move” but did find it a couple days later and ordered it because of its compact and portability features. You will see in my last photo, the solution I came up with using what I had, a large cork bulletin board and two jelly roll pan lids lined with foam board, an alternate to felt for a non slip surface. This advertised kit is superior to my solution, becuase of the the thick flexible large felt mat, featuring outlined size rings aiding in accurate perimeter puzzle piece placement. Additional accessories like the blowup tube, with manual pump and velcro straps enable effortless felt rolling and securing. The carrying bag provides convenient storage and portability. This kit falls a bit short with the felt snap-together sorting trays. While the concept is innovative, allowing storage and unfolding to resume puzzle building, the trays' bottoms lack structural integrity. They are not flat, and not a sufficient surface area to lay pieces flat, hindering the most efficient & user friendly storage.Despite the trays falling short, at this price point I’m still pleased with the parts of this kit that are working, and hope to see an upgraded kit in the future with redesigned trays. I think if the trays were of graduated size, the smallest being the current size and each one after 1/2 to one inch larger, the trays when snapped together would nest inside one another aiding in the pieces laying flat or at least not shifting. The trays should also have some type of shape reinforcement to keep the bottoms flat. Finally, the addition of a plastic box w/ lid to house all the trays once nested together would make for a truly user friendly and portable puzzle makers dream. This kit is ideal for puzzle enthusiasts seeking the ability to work on a puzzle and put it away in a compact and/or portable care case.Additional feature- When the kit is not in use housing a puzzle in progress, it compresses down to a very small storable size due to the deflated tube and fold flat trays.

Okay this just comes with a lot of stuff and not a lot of instruction. The small snap squares are for holding your puzzles pieces. snap the corners to make them like a bowl, which is neat. The mat can be ironed on low with a cloth over the mate to smooth it out, it needs to be smooth to work efficiently. If your blow-up roll piece ever fails, just use a pool noodle. This is good for anyone who works puzzles and does not have a fancy puzzle table or does not want the kitchen table taken over until its done. When ready to store just blow up the white plastic sleeve with the little pump that comes with it and then use it to roll the puzzle up in place! It has a carrying bag too! Makes working on a puzzle very convenient to clear it out when needed and not have to start over. I like that will hold any size puzzle too. So far so good. This review is forJigsaw Puzzle Mat Roll Up Fits 1500 1000 500 Pieces Puzzles, Jigsaw Felt Mat with 6 Sorting Trays & Storage Bag & Pump, Portable Non-Slip Jigsaw Puzzle Saver for Adult KidSOLD BY: EWOID for $18.99 at the time of this review.
