Guitar picks are a very personal thing and I'm not convinced there is the perfect pick that works for everybody. These are very well built, consistent and I find them very responsive. If you look for a thick pick, I recommend them.

It is thin enough for me to strum and sturdy enough to play lead.

I purchased the 1.5 picks after I tried out a trial pack of different sizes. For me the 1.5 seems to be the best fit. for the longest time I used the dunlop yellow turtles .73mm.Probably considered medium and very popular. I Also have many Fender Mediums of different colors.I now give those away. this is the second pack im ordering just in case i lose some.(I know I will)these picks have great texture-easy to hold and even though they may be thicker than what I was used to,they feel the same and have a little better bite, yet glide off the strings.edit: I have found these now to be essential- I panic if I cant find where I put these when I get to a gig. Even though I still have other medium picks in my bag. These work very well for me with electric and acoustic guitar.

If you have a hard time holding onto your pick, then these are for you! I actually have neuropathy in my hands and can't hold my pick right. Normal picks spin around in my fingers, but these don't! At least, not for a while. Eventually, the texture on them wears off or gets clogged with gunk and end up smooth. They can be cleaned, a bit, but no pick lasts forever. These do a great job staying in your hands.

Not sure what it is about this pick, it isn’t enough to be a daily driver, that is still left to my Gator Grips And Black Ice BUT this offers a very cool sound that you just gotta play with and the way it fits in the hand with the textured grip just feels nice. I tend to not like textured grips all that much, for example, cool picks never really did it for me but I suppose since this is actually part of the pic it felt pretty nice and gave me a great reference point as to where my fingers were. I say give this a shot and if you like the feel and size but not the sound you are getting from the material give the Tortex versions of these a look.

I've tried loads of picks but keep coming back to these. Easy to get a firm, comfortable grip, and I've settled on 1.5mm as ideal for me, though I have several thicknesses. My one complaint is that the colors (of the 1.5mm and the other thicknesses) are such that they are very easy to lose (or maybe the floors where I play just happen to be carpeted in the official Dunlop color scheme). The pick is nowhere near as bright a red as it appears on this page. I'd like them in brighter colors. It's also hard to distinguish certain thicknesses based on their colors, which are similar to each other.

Like many, I switched from a standard pick to Jazz IIIs when I started to play more technical guitar that required faster and more accurate picking. But I find strumming with a Jazz III to be far from ideal. I can pick just as accurately and quickly with a Flow as with a Jazz III, but fast strumming is way easier with a Flow. I wasn't sure I could get used to a larger pick after the Jazz picks, but I absolutely did. This is pretty much the only pick I use anymore.

I play metal rhythm.. these picks are super nice for that. I have some 2mm on the way. The biggest I've ever played with for years was a 1mm but usually I'll play whatever pick i can find. I got these today cause im getting a lot better and I was curious if they'd be better for playing. They are. You know it right away. I just got them and have been playing with them for the last two hours. I feel like when you can't put your new guitar down except it's the pick that's doing it.. and my guitar. But these picks rock

Tried the 2.0 and loved it so I tried these and REALLY loved it.1.5 is my size. And the RED is deep! You’ll likely loose it before you ever wear it out. THAT HASNT CHANGED. But it sticks to your fingers like a cats tongue! If you like a pick that spins and slides in your fingers this isn’t it.It slides off your he strings smooth and crisp the edges are beveled nice. The release is sharp the attack is as well. If you relax your grip you can get a clickety sound if you want.At this time I consider it my favorite pick and the price is well worth it. Can’t remember if it was five in a pack but for $7 ish bucks I repeatedly buy these because when there are none left on the clothes dryer or under my car seat I refuse to go without them.

I like it. However, the grip is a little too much for my taste. I guess I fidget with the pick without knowing it. The grip on these prevents movement. Feels like little sandpaper in the middle part there. It is smooth where it counts though....it does glide over the strings. It's about the same size as a normal pick, but the shape is a little more like a Jazz iii-sih. Great pick, just too much grip for me. After playing Jazz iii it is slightly too big for my taste.
