My old spring lasted 4-years before it broke. This one lasted less than 3 mows. The metal sheared at the top and is definitely a manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller and received no response. I have my doubts this is original equipment - don't buy and don't buy anything from this seller.

Made in China trash. Too light! I went and got a spring from another manufacturer and engineered a solution to use the heavier spring. Don’t buy this spring it is just going to break on you.

Was quite tough to get it pulled into place but was perfect for it's tension and fitment. Seems like very good quality.

Deere products come in packaging with Deere branding. This was a spring in bubble wrap. Very suspicious as not OEM.
