This item works great for stereo listening to a Bluetooth headset. If you use it to transmit to a Bluetooth headset, from a Monaro radio, such as a walkie-talkie, the broadcast is only sent to your left ear. If this works for you, item is easy to program and functions quite well.

I used this on our recent flight. I used it to connect my Airpod Pro to watch movies on the plane. The sound quality was good and you can adjust to volume using the transmitter or on your Airpod. I deducted a star because it took multiple attempts to pair my Airpod with the transmitter. I followed the directions but it took me several attempts.

Set up fairly easily, synced to my headphones via bluetooth quickly and consistently. My husband can now watch TV in the bedroom while I sleep!

In concept, it seems like a great item to enable you to use your own headphones to watch movies on an airplane. Maybe something is wrong with mine or possibly user error, but it didn't work very well. I easily paired the transmitter with my headphones, plugged it in .... and could barely hear anything. I tried adjusting the volume on my headphones and the transmitter but could never get it loud enough to hear much dialogue.I plan to reach out to the sellers for advice but overall, as of now, 3 stars.
