Only complaint is that the backing is difficult to remove.. When removing the backing it splits forcing you to stop, even it out and continue... A real PIA... I would not endorse this product...

Half the price of name brand, but backing does not come off easily. Bought same tape 4 months ago worked great. This is wound backwards and backing is hard to get off. Not worth the price difference

Even though there are some cray baby's on here this stuff is awesome and sticks grate and wet wood , well what sticks to wet wood use common since people.

Very sticky, can’t see the joists between the decking because the tape is black

This stuff adheres well. Sometimes the butyl won't stick to the joists. This stuff sticks well

This stuff is great. I use it on all my outdoor projects these days. It's like a protective layer of rubber protecting your wood. You put this on the frame of your floor and lay the decking over it. It prevents wood-to-wood exposure and prevents them from rotting out. This will add 10-20 years of life to your deck or outdoor project. Don't build a deck without it.
