Boots arrived dirty and slightly scuffed. Not saying they were pre-worn but that’s what it looked like. Very mild (both dirt and scuff) but I expect my purchases to look new. This will be going back unfortunately.

My 3 year old LOVES her "fish" boots! She needed shoes for school she can put on herself for school so these are perfect! They fit a little big, but most rainboots fit a little bigger and she has some extra growing room. The colors are bright just like the picture.
