This item would not hold up when wet, the inside edges of the slots in the top are not even finished off. Water would likely swell these edges in a few weeks.

This stool is just what I needed to help me get into a higher mattress. It’s sturdy and has a non-slip top. The only thing you need to know is not to step on the edges which is clearly marked on the box but I guess I needed to learn the hard way.

No moving parts here.This is a simple, sturdy step up for home or office.Wide enough for two adult feet, with a textured top to minimize the chance of slipping, you can tuck it under the bad or cabinet and pull it out/carry it as needed.Recommend.

this is the perfect step to get myself up just a little higher with out feeling too tipsy on a step stool. solid and sturdy and doesn't slip. Has 4 rows of slats, so you can pick it up easily to move it. Nice finish on the wood and looks like it will withstand occasional wetness (wouldn't soak it in a pond) The covering on the wood is very grippy, barefoot or with shoes. 16 X 12.5 inches, and about 4 inches tall. The feet have a non skid grip, ?rubber, so the stool won't slide when you are on, or getting on it.

Great product for use all around the house both for adults and children! Very stable design makes it great for two feet and reaching. Love the two colors available.
