As someone who has been trained to do "connector maintenance" as part of my job when I was in the Navy, I can definitely appreciate the utility this kit gives to the user. This has tools for just about any kind of connector, from Deutsche connectors on your car to Molex connectors on your computer. The quality of the tools themselves seems outstanding; each one has a removable / replaceable blade, which is pretty awesome.Perhaps the most outstanding feature of each individual piece is the fact they have integrated tip protectors on each tool which simply slide down when you remove it from the case, and which remains in place until you slide it back when it's time to use it. If you're wondering, why on earth would you need that? The first time your pin remover falls off the workbench and onto a hard surface, bending it and ruining it, you'll definitely get what that feature is for. It's actually quite impressive, just remember to engage the protector when you're not using them actively...tool protectors are only good if you use them, lol. The great part is it's easy to engage and disengage the protectors, so it won't become too obtrusive.This is definitely a kit anyone that works on connectors should have; I very much recommend it.

this is such an extensive set it almost appears to be too much.its EASILY one of the most comprehensive tool sets i have for its intended purpose..what i mean is, for what the set was designed to do, they included every single piece, size and design that works for the intended purpose...most sets (for any type of job) dont include 100% of the tools. . they usually are missing 2 or 3 pieces...not this...it comes with everything i can think of and it has extra protection for the tips...the carry case is designed wellin fact, the entire kit is designed better than just about any kit, for any product i've ever seen.they work like a charm removing pins as well, which is of course, the most important part.i'm so glad i didn't get a kit sooner...because i seriously doubt i would've found such a complete kiti love it. i think its great and it works perfectly.
