I have used this pan several times to cook eggs and sausages. I have to put the sausages in first and wait til the end for the eggs so they're done at the same time. I keep buttering the egg spots so it doesn't overheat or burn the butter. It's a decent nonstick pan and washes well

I love the design of this pan, as long as you are cooking items that need the same temperature, you can easily get your 2 eggs to cook up in a nice round circle, and then also fry up something else at the same time. It feels like a medium-duty pan with a nice non-stick surface. I have a solid-surface cooktop, and the bottom of this pan was nice and flat, so it did not have any spinning to it.The pan that we received had a noticeable scratch and chip on the top of the handle (and we did not find any loose chip in the sealed bag), and there was an extra dimple on the bottom of the pan itself. These do not affect the cooking part of the pan, but we were a little disappointed.
