Received the 48" trampoline quickly and it was missing the 2 screws needed for the handle attachment, sent email to company requesting them and they responded immediately and gave me a choice of waiting on the screws or another 48" trampoline. Wow, they sent the 2nd trampoline and even checked to be sure I received it after they mailed it rush order. Can't say enough about the trampoline, very easy to put together by myself and its really very sturdy. Cannot go wrong buying from this seller.

I love my Kensone mini trampoline. I had a small issue with one of the bands breaking and the company stood behind the issue 100 percent and sent me a new upgraded trampoline right away. They were very proactive with the issues and I am very satisfied with my new one and the way Kensone treated the issue. I highly recommend this trampoline and the the Kensone company. It is just the right size, pretty durable and easy to assemble ( it came partially assembled). I am new to rebounding and am 70 years young.

Good product and easy to assemble. Good bounce, not too firm. After the return period had an issue with the product but the company was very helpful and corrected it immediately.

++++++Update: excellent customer service. I received a new trampoline very quickly and their response team has been very proactive in communicating and rectifying my issue.****Update: I received a message from the seller and they have been very responsive and offered a refund or replacement. I have been impressed with them standing behind their product and wanting to be sure to rectify the situation. I will update again when resolved.I am 122lbs and used this product for rebounding a few times a week for a couple minutes. After two months (& past the return window) the weld broke. I am now out of the purchase price and frustrated. Clearly a manufacturers defect or quality issue.

Love the rebounder. Not squeaky like metal ones. It's very sturdy. My only reason for not a 5 star review is that I've had it for 8 months and I'm not anywhere remotely close to the weight limit (though i am over 200lbs) but one of the bands snapped. I wish it came with replacement bands. I do use it at least half the days of the week, if not more but I'm not able to do crazy high jumping either, due to a bad back. The band that broke is directly next to where I typically place my feet as I still rely on the bar for less balances days. So I wish the bar was somewhat loveable to spread the wear more evenly.

Upon opening the packaging, the only thing I was missing was the Allen key, but luckily I have an entire kit of them. As other reviewers have mentioned, the safety pin was unable to fit into the base on one side. Also, one of the legs would not screw completely in, leaving the trampoline slightly unbalanced.Set up was incredibly easy, I will say I got a good forearm workout putting those 42 bungee cords on! I also had some VERY choice words at the very end, attaching handrail crossbar and using the oh-so-not-helpful included wrench.My teenager commented the trampoline had a slight ‘salt and vinegar chip’ smell, but it faded quickly. I was able to get the trampoline put together in under 30 minutes by myself.An added bonus, the trampoline perfectly matches, the new doggie collar. Overall, the trampoline is quiet, very bouncy, and feels well-made.

So far this rebounder is working as described. It was difficult to assemble the bungie cords, but I have hand issues. If you have arthritis or similar, I would have someone help. The tool does work great though to actually do the assembly. It is quiet and seems to be of very good quality. I was disappointed to find that folding it up for storage is really not an option. You can do it, but you have to take so much apart that it is not worth it. Since I am storing it in a closet at this time, I have removed the balance bar for now. I will say that for anyone who has watched a video or read an article about rebounding, 2 minutes to start is a lot more challenging than one would think. :)

My 70# autistic son needs physical stimulation. And he absolutely destroys these things. I think he's gone through 5 or 6 trampolines. I don't know why I purchase them. I thought this would be different. Nope. Within weeks the legs mounts are tearing away from the trampoline support ring. I thought this one would be different...Edit: customer service reached out to offer a replacement, which arrived quickly. I'd welded the legs on the previous iteration and waited for them to fail, which they did. I'm sure this was in part because I'd compromised the thin metal in welding the legs to the frame. Needless to say, I've tossed that one and assembled the replacement. It's working now so I've upgraded the stars from 1 to 3 (very good customer service) with a promise of updating my review in a other month or two.Edit 2: I promise to keep updating. The trampoline has held up for now. No broken bungees and the legs are staying attached to the ring. I bumped it up another star and will update again in a few months.Edit: the original order was in September of 2024. That trampoline didn't last but for a few weeks. Customer service reached out to be about my negative review and offered a replacement. Which we've used until today, March 9, 2025. The teampolin is dead. This is from a 10yo 75# boy jumping on it. That's it. He's the only one that uses it. The welds have given and the bungees are busted inappr ciate the company trying to make it right. At the end of the day it's just an inferior product.

I was/am so excited to get started on my rebounding journey and my trampoline arrive last night and we set it up as soon as we could. So frustrating tonight to see that there was missed stitching on the bungee cover after we went to all the work of setting it up- shipping damage can happen. I am pleased to share that Kenton’s has made contact with me and has agreed to replace the trampoline as well as give me $30 refund for the inconvenience. I am grateful because I already convinced my mother 74 years old to buy one and hers arrived on Sunday! It’s hard when frustrating things happen, but such a relief when companies make it right- right away.

Exercise has become so easy and fun. It is smoth and quite. Easy to jump.
