Je recommande cet achat . le pieds est stable et suffisamment haut pour bien maintenir ma clarinette Sib . Attention , il ne peut pas se ranger dans le pavillon !

Buy a decent product, this cannot support the weight of my clarinet, might as well keep it on the ground. The legs flatten out so it doesn't stand up at all, and the plastic becomes easily gouged out from the legs.

This instrument stand will work with a piccolo trumpet but the plastic upright may need to be sanded to a smaller diameter to accommodate the trumpet bell flair and allow the bell to rest on the stand's plastic base. I recommend clear plastic stick on feet be placed on the base to prevent scuffing of the bell. The stand will place the trumpet close to the floor giving it good stability.

Not for trumpet - misdescribed! This may be a great stand for piccolo or clarinet, but it is not the right size for a trumpet.

It's compact and lightweight with its legs folding up toward the stand easily. And it is sturdy enough to do the job for which it is intended.

It arrived quickly, and I'm very impressed. It takes up minimal space, and 4 feet are always better than three. They are mounted on a threaded plastic piece which screws into the bottom of the holder. When you unscrew it, the entire piece comes out, the feet fall into position, and you screw it back in for a sturdy holder. Very clever, lightweight, and I'm hoping will probably be useable until lost or stolen. The only negative: It's obviously made for a soprano clarinet, so trumpet, cornet, flute, and piccolo players need to look for something else. And about taking up space: I'm buying an inexpensive, but sturdy briefcase which will be gutted, foam rubber added, and clarinet joint spaces cut out. There will be plenty of room for this stand and other accessories.

Great price. Prompt shipping. Light, hassle-free and portable stand for a clarinet. Had it for a couple months and it has not broken.

Well, there's not much to say that doesn't fit in my review "title". It appears sturdier than I expected (which is not to suggest I anticipated a problem), and looks nicer that I expected. It arrived promptly. I'm very happy with this simple little thing. For those who complained they couldn't fit this in their clarinet cases: I normally keep mine in my university locker (I'm not a student but I'm affiliated with a university) or carry it in my backpack.Anyway, my advice is to have SOME sort of dependable stand (you'll be much more comfortable, and your clarinet will be safer), and if you use this kind, make sure you don't lose your rubber stoppers (because otherwise a prong could slip out and disappear, and you never, ever, ever, should use something like this with only two prongs, leaning it against a chair or something).

This is a great stand and works very well. The only down-side is it isn't small enough to be packed in the bell in a clarinet case. However when I'm playing in other places i still fold it up and bring it with me because I think it's better than the compact ones and still not that big.
