I’m so happy with this buy. I was a little skeptical at first because for the price you can honestly get like 6 diapers from Alva baby but the investment was worth it I bout two different colors and they really do hold up well at night. I used on on my newborn and one on my 1 year old. I only had to change my newborn twice in the middle of the night instead of 4 or 5 times and it really kept him dry which I’m so happy about. And my 1 year old held out all night and he was also dry. I’ll definitely invest in two more.

This is the most expensive diaper we own and my least favorite :(. Really wanted to love them. I own Wegreeco, Nora’s Nursery, Alva Baby, and Grovia. All pocket diapers or all-in-ones. I was really excited to try it so I purchased one with the intent of getting more for overnight and to use on the go in the event of longer stretches between diaper changes. Because we have a 3-mo old, I prep diapers by only washing them once before the first use. That said, this diaper held up overnight (10-12 hours with frequent feedings through the night), with just that one wash for prep. Very absorbent, hence the two stars. The issue was that in the morning, the tip of his penis was red and he had some redness at his butt crack too. This was just from one night. I thought something really serious was happening. I’d never seen that before. After getting him back into his usual diapers, no more redness by mid day. It’s been weeks and I haven’t seen redness again like that (never before and never since). We never change him overnight when he’s wearing his usual diapers, so this material just really irritated him. It’s not “breathable”. This is my first rumparooz, so maybe the traditional non-OBV types aren’t like this, but this plush material seems to cause issues. I’m only comfortable using it for naps or during the daytime when he’ll be changed more frequently.Pros:- good fit for newborn stage- 4 sizing options; customizable- very absorbent after long hours of wear- cute/nice color options- good quality (snaps and material are nice and seem quite durable)- comes with the two bamboo inserts; customizable absorption- bamboo inserts lay flat very well and don’t curl over (helps mitigate risk of leaks) — if you have other pockets, you know how it can be trying to get them flatCons:- material seems to promote rashes and skin irritation which just negates all the overnight benefits for me- fit probably won’t last until potty training/not ideal for larger child; not the best investment- bulky (understandably)- inserts are only as wide as the gussets so there’s some space on either side of the pocket area inside. Not sure why it’s made like that. Haven’t had issues with our little baby leaking but could be a problem for older kids- the material isn’t 100% organic/sustainable. It does contain about 20% polyester for the inserts (going from memory on the amount). As I mentioned we do have some other brands that aren’t completely organic/sustainable, just something to keep in mind about these.

She sues whams over what was once a free invention the double gusset. Technically this has been around for 20 years as when i started cloth diapering it was with my aunts used double gusset diapers from a local crafter in cali and another in ct... so this is absolutely disturbing to me that she patented someone elses free invention.. that was shared to all..

This is a beautiful (but annoying) diaper up until 20 lbs. Our big baby is reaching 20 lbs at 4 months old and has already grown out of them. Up to this point they’ve been great night time diapers - not just because they soak decent but mostly because getting poop off is nearly impossible. If you’re hoping to not spray because you’re only breastfeeding then think again, this material won’t work and you Have to spray but that takes probably 20 minutes per diaper. We spent $300+ on a bunch of these and turned out to be a waste of money. They’ve become too small for his legs and the belly part fits weird. They leak every night now. You can try to stuff the pocket more but then you’ll get compression leaks anyways

Very expensive and bulky for babies. We used the cloth diapers for newborn and the newborn size leaked regularly after one month of using and washing. This size is huge on my average sized two month old (we had to switch to this one because the newborns were too small at this time). The inside is very soft and the diaper is fully adjustable for size, but it’s also very hot because the inner fabric is like a soft suede. Not ideal for use in the summer. It’s like having fur underwear :?It’s very absorbent but maybe use for babies older than 4mos and in the fall/ winter time.

The description says there is a waterproof cover. Mine did not come with one. It’s just a cloth fitted with the insert liners.

These are the best diapers. I wish all of my cloth diapers were like this. They are so luxurious they will make you want to wear one.

I have several different types of cloth diapers, but I have to say Rumparooz are my favorite, they fit way better, wear a lot longer, and they never leak!! I just wish they were more affordable.
