Breathable and regular the temperature, good quality feels cooler to the touch. They are super soft and absorbent. Use 2 to increase the absorbency for long hours or overnight.
Adding a Diaper Liner for easy cleaning
Place one Liner inside the diaper, on top of the insert or outside the pocket against your baby’s skin for easy cleaning. Liner allows for moisture to pass through the diaper while keeping the solids contained. Simply remove the soiled Liner and toss and replace with a new one
Machine Washable & Reusable
Premium Label diaper insert is thermal regulating, absorbent and breathable. the inserts will maintain their special qualities when washed in cold to warm water with a gentle detergent, free of bleach. Line drying in the sun is the best. Machine drying in low to medium heat.

So I accidentally bought the wrong size; these were too small to use as inserts for my son's pocket diapers. However, they ended up being great for extra padding. I like how soft they are, especially because my son has sensitive skin. Another benefit to using them on top of the diapers is that they protect the diapers from staining. I liked them so much that I bought a second pack!
