I moved up from a Yamaha Arius to the Kawai for the keyboard action. It has not disappointed. The keyboard has very good action. It feels close to my teacher's Kawai grand piano action. And the wooden keys have a great feel also. I do wish the sound was as good as the Yamaha though. I had expected the sound to be close to the Yamaha sound but it is not. The Kawai does have a very clean look - much more like an acoustic piano than the Yamaha. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase.
