High quality material on the handles should provide excellent performance over time. However, the included hardware is insufficient for reliable attachment. A simple bolt and nut, not a stop nut. You will also need access to the underside wherever these are installed to properly tighten the bolts. Neoprene wellnuts are what I use to attach any accessory to my Ocean Kayak. It would have been nice to include these. Scuppers were too small for my Ocean Kayak Malibu 2, but doesn't reflect their performance on a different kayak, just check your scupper dimensions.

These kayak handles are absolutely perfect! They are an exact match to my original handle, both in shape and quality. Installation was super easy and only took a few minutes, and once attached, the handles feel sturdy and secure, just like the factory ones.An unexpected bonus was that they included scupper plugs as well! I wasn't even expecting them, but they are a really nice addition to the kit. The plugs fit snugly and do a great job keeping water out, which is especially helpful when you're out on the water for longer periods. It's little details like that that show the company really thought about what kayakers actually need.The handles themselves have a nice, comfortable grip — they're not rough or too stiff. I feel confident lifting and carrying my kayak with them, even when it's fully loaded with gear. They feel durable and seem like they’ll hold up well over time and use.If you’re looking for a replacement that matches your original kayak handles exactly, comes with everything you need, and even gives you a little extra with the scupper plugs, this is the set to get. Highly recommend!

Great upgrade from what came on our kayaks..The handles feels alot stronger than stock..very satisfied with purchase. Great product
