These balls are okay. To be fair the explanation is spot on but they should include a little more, like the fact that you need to have them in for an entire day. The smallest one is pointless in my opinion.The packaging is HORRIBLE and to be honest I would highly recommend soaking and cleaning them for quite a while and more than once before using.

Do NOT buy these they are garbage since they are not returnable that is where mine have gone STRAIGHT to the garbage. Disgusting junk from china. There is also no weight and not ben wa balls at all

I got into a car accident the shattered my whole pelvis and had a baby around the same time which weakened my pelvic floor. I started using kegal balls & my husband loves the progress so far

After having 2 babies, i found that my pelvic floor was extremely weak. I use these every other day to strengthen it and they seem to be doing the job. They do take some time getting used to comfortably but they don’t hurt. Super easy to use tho

Used for the first time and its…interestingCons-Might irritate your opening due to double connection of string (but you WANT that security to ensure removal)…do not push the string inside though!Pros--Instructions on box instead of flimsy paper to lose-distinctive sizes (there are no labels but you can tell)-not massively big or heavy-warms to body-easily cleanIm not sure if it is medical grade (just take care to sanitize before AND AFTER EVERY use, EVERY USE) but i have already recommended.

Do not buy!! Just got it and tried returning but I can't. I opened the box and the smell of plastic was so strong.
