I ordered these small Pilates/Yoga balls to review and to add to my home exercise kit.I have practised Pilates for many years and have used these types of weighted balls in a professional setting.This type of equipment helps improve balance, strengthens and gives a deeper muscle activation and increased workout intensity.This set of 2, 0.5kg balls seem to be well-made and have a non-slip, pliable surface. They are filled with sand, which gives them their weight.They are a good fit for my small hands and are easy to hold.They have a small hole that appears to have a valve in it; I don't know when this would be needed.Overall, I am very pleased with them; they are a valuable addition to my kit.

Non avevo mai utilizzato questo tipo di attrezzatura, e le ho prese per curiosità; devo dire però che gli allenamenti possibili sono molto stimolanti, in quanto permettono di eseguire molti tipi di esercizi, anche molto dinamici, che vanno a rafforzare la muscolatura e migliorano la mobilità articolare; si possono utilizzare sia per fare esercizi isometrici, sia le classiche ripetizioni, sia esercizi di lancio ed afferraggio al volo, non rischiando di farsi male; al loro interno infatti è presente una miscela di sabbia e ferro (in piccoli elementi), che consente di mantenere il nucleo centrale morbido che non crea danni nel caso di urti o caduta.La palla, esternamente, è realizzata in PVC morbido, che consente una facile manipolazione della stessa.Comode palle da pilates, per un allenamento divertente e senza rischi.

Die Gymnastikbälle mit jeweils 1 kg Gewicht haben sich als nützliche Ergänzung für mein Heimtraining erwiesen. Sie kamen gut verpackt und unversehrt bei mir an. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und bietet durch die rutschfeste Oberfläche einen sicheren Griff während der Übungen. Das schlichte Design in Petrol ist ansprechend und passt gut zu meinem übrigen Trainingszubehör. Für den Preis von rund 23 € erhält man zwei solide Trainingsbälle, was ich als fair empfinde. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Produkt zufrieden und kann es für Pilates- und Gleichgewichtsübungen empfehlen.
