Don’t waste your money or time on this glue gun. No fine tip, no dual temperature (no temperature). I let it warm for at least 15 mins and never saw glue. No stars!!

The first issue is that the item I ordered is not what I received. There is no dual temperature and no fine tip. Next, it was plugged in 10 minutes before I was able to get a drop of glue. And that's all I got. I took the glue stick out thinking maybe that was the problem. The tip had actually gotten warm enough to become the shape of the tip. I reinsert the stick, and 5 minutes later, I was able to finally get a stream... well, it took a while to come out, so by the time I got a 5" line, half of it was dry. There are two nice things I can say about this gun: I like the kickstand and the silicone surrounding the tip. Oh. And I like the glitter glue sticks that came with it. I can't recommend this product because I didn't receive the one I'm supposed to review and the one I got is the worst glue gun I've ever used.
