Gaves this to my son and his wife for a gift and they are very pleased with it. It's a small apartment they live in and this fits nicely away in their pantry as it isn't so big but the plate fits 6 medium pancakes.

Amazing griddle for the price! Super non-stick. Love how easy it is to clean the drip tray, i just throw it in my dishwasher after wiping it out. To clean the griddle I just turn it on and drizzle some water and wipe clean. You can grill lots of things on this baby and it's really nice for pancakes and bacon in the morning. Love it! I bought it last year and use it almost every morning and it's still in great condition.

Sadly, I was disappointed by this product. The heating is not uniform across the surface. While cooking pancakes, some would burn while others were not done. Region closest to plug was hotter than the opposite corner. I will be looking for a new one.

Works great. Best Teflon surface I have used. Amazingly easy to clean up--just run hot water on a paper towel and wipe it off, repeat with a dry paper towel, and you've got it done. With most uses, I don't use any spray or oil. If it ever fails to heat up, just make sure the control unit is plugged completely into the grill.

I love this non-stick griddle because it is large enough to cook for my family, but small enough to fit nicely in my cupboards!

EDIT (DEC 2020): went from 4 star review to 1 star. This thing is an embarrassment to a recognizable American brand that used to mean quality.It’s constantly making loud cracking and popping noises while it heats up, making you think it’s going to explode (I’ve never heard any other griddle do this). It does in fact heat unevenly but I didn’t notice it early on. It gets much hotter near the plug. When I cook bacon I need to constantly rotate the pieces so they can take turns at the “hot end”.The temp you set it to seems to be just a suggestion, sometimes things will cook really quickly and burn at 300 degrees and sometimes you’re waiting forever to get some browning at 350. It’s also scorched the surface over the heating element that cannot be scrubbed off no matter how hard I try (pic attached) even though I have taken good care of it, lightly oiling it before cooking and washing it immediately after use.After only 2 years of moderate use this thing is headed to the dump. Might as well try your luck with some random new brand for the price, I would never recommend this griddle to anyone.- - - - initial review below:Used it this past weekend to make french toast and it worked great, no uneven heating and cooled off quickly when turned off.I'm happy to support a brand I recognize from local department stores rather than all the listings I saw for griddles from companies I've never heard of as well. Same brand as my crockpot that I've had for several years and I can't complain about the quality! Kenmore does it right.
