I have a greenworks corded trimmer that fits all the Ryobi expand it and trimmer+ attachments (including this one).This fits well after some minor adjustment. The hedge trimmer does a great job. It's super sharp and seems well built. Easy adjustment of the trimming angle. Happy I found this one, and for a good price.

I would suggest oiling the interface between this tool and the expand-it main drive tool... mine hit really hot at first.After oiling, works great! Couldn't be happier with this purchase!Note: Not as powerful as a comparable gas trimmer of course, but par for the course w/ electric. Just something to be aware of with what to expect.

First thing when opening the box I noticed the plastic hanger was broken during shipping. The seller did discount the hedger head as it is important for me to have the hanger for organization purposes. When attaching it to my Ryobi head I noticed the lock button would not spring up to secure it 100%. No big deal due to my head has a tension knob that works well. It wasn’t real sharp and seemed to snap the branches rather than cutting them clean. Never the less it did do its job and when I was finished 45 minutes of trimming later it didn’t show and visible wear and tear. It does have grease fitting that should help it to last. The articulating feature worked well and was worth having. After about 45 minutes of trimming the 40v battery was still reading 75%. I was surprised. It’s not for branches over 1/2” however it did rough through some branches that were about 3/4”. Not the sharpest tool but it works and the price was decent enough in comparison to others.
