I gave it a 5 star rating because I liked the small size, easy to install, clear instructions and it worked with the combination I setup. Being small it is easy to place in a private area somewhat hidden. It was big enough to hold 4 keys on a key chain. The lockbox came with 4 heavt duty screws and clear instructions how to set the combination. The unit had weight to it which you would expect with a metal lockbox.

Haven't tried to pick this because we hide it. But it functions great.. opens with code. Haven't had any issues with it. Build quality is nice and security looks great. Easy to use and works well. Size holds a few keys. Has 5 holes for screwing into wall as well

This was for a building that contains some cash and goods but multiple people need access. Being able to put in your own code and change it easily was a plus. Also heavy duty metal cover and screwing it into wood worked perfectly. Would recommend.

It's a good product. My parents have been using it for years. But this is how it was delivered - Just the box and the product. No instructions whatsoever. Initially I thought it wasn't working because all combinations would open the lock. I had to come inside amazon product descriptions and read the instructions to understand how to operate it. Might be a problem for some people. But I am glad it was paperless.
