I installed it myself (picture attached). The fit was tight, and the action was smooth. The indicator clicks perfectly every time. There’s no wobble or lag. The stainless finish doesn’t smudge too badly, and the indicator is not a cheap plastic plate but rather appears to be acrylic. The lock feels solid.Instructions were not as clear as they could have been however.

This lock feels very solid and came securely packaged with foam padding. Definitely feels commercial-grade. It’s quite a bit larger than a typical door handle, so heads up if you're buying for a residential door like I did for Father’s Day. Hoping it still fits, I will update after install.

This silver finish door knob was purchased to replace the one on a common area bathroom at work. You can see the color display of “vacant” / “occupied” a good distance away due to the bright red/green colors. Knob was easy to install, did not need a locksmith. Comes with two keys. Can use on left or right handed doors using the mechanism.

This lever lock is very nice. The key goes in easily and the vacant/in use options switch smoothly. The lock engages easily. The lock installs easily and all parts feel solid and of good quality. The set comes with all the needed parts and instructions to install. I would recommend this lever lock to anyone looking for a lever set with a vacant option.

This is a very high-quality entry handle. The craftsmanship is excellent. Solid metal handles work nicely and the locking mechanism is smooth. Comes with clear instructions and it only took me about 15 minutes to install. Installed it on a restaurant bathroom that kept having issues with broken door handles from overuse. The latch bolt is high quality and aligned perfectly inside the door. The handle is reversible and easy to adjust. This entry lock is rated for 400,000 pulls and I expect it will last for a long time, under heavy use. It’s very well constructed and the machining is flawless. All around great product for the price.

Installs very easily, No more knocking on door to guess if anyone is inside. The color finish on this is slightly different than pictured as it as a touch of Bronze Goldish color and NOT a clean Silver finish. Other than that, it works fine.

This is a large format keyed privacy lock from OakMoore. I presume the keyed entry function is for instances where the bathroom needs to show it is occupied but someone would not want the type of privacy lock that allows a coin to deactivate the lock.I have used OakMoore privacy indicator locks before, to compare. This lock has the larger surround and larger more L shaped handle than the typical no key indicator privacy lock we had previously used. This larger surround also needs either a larger hole through the door or the two wings ( protruding flanges ) need an opening / depression to fit into. The wings can be used to mark the door ( lipstick or graphite pencil helped me to make a mark in the correct location ). These wings stick out about ½ “ from the flange that rests against the door when fully assembled. I used a ⅜” drill bit to make the the modification. When I drilled one side, I continued all the way through the door at a 90 degree angle so that the fingers on the other side of the door fit into the opening as well. Drilling a larger hole in the door that was already drilled would not have been an easy task in my opinion.I do recommend finding a video online showing how to remove the lever from the shaft of the lock. It is quick and easy but watching it was so much easier for me than paper directions. There are multiple videos on this brand that I found helpful. The latch plate was just barely larger than the one I was replacing. I used a razor to create a ling around the plate while holding it in place. Then removed the plate and trimmed the area. The same with the sticker plate, the wood needed to be trimmed slightly for it to sit flat and completely recessed. After install, the indicator plate is more shadowed - compared to the smaller format model we had used on a different bathroom door. It seems to sit farther away from the front of the trim plate. Having the indicator is a big help and even with the shadow, the status of the facility is visible when approaching the door. This lock is heavy duty and operates smoothly. It feels substantial when locking the door and gives the user a sense of privacy and security. The desired result of a bathroom door lock.
