This looked very useful as a home-use palm strike bag for a retired MA, and it has lived up to my expectations. I filled mine with rice as that's all I had, and had no problems with 1", 2", palm, and full strikes. Glad to know I can probably still work over somebody's ribs if I had to. The bag is nice and solid with good and overall quality stitching. Zipper is holding up, but I did put a strip of duct tape over it in case it fails. The "leather" is cheap vinyl and does nothing to help though.

Very nicely made iron palm bag: there's a leather circle in the middle of the striking surface so your knuckles don't get scraped on the (nice & thick) canvas. Metal grommets so you can hang the bag if desired. Nice colour too!I used black turtle beans inside ... have done iron palm training before ... best to do beans for a few months & then switch to round pebbles.Great training tool.

Solid bag. Holds steel shot no problem. Will definitely buy more in the future. The size is perfect too for guys with extra large hands because of years of iron palm training.

Only bad thing about it is that if you don't have a spare wall or a place to pin it, you have to place it to use it. Not really bad, just adjusting for it not being able to pin it on a wall, since it will destroy mine
